My home is clean and well cared for.  Why do I need home staging? Because our home is much like our child, we don’t always see all of its flaws and we are attached to it emotionally.  If you can’t view something objectively then you are unable to market and package it effectively. Not to mention most home sellers don't "stage" homes everyday for a living.  That’s what professionals are for and that is where the greatest returns come in.  

I can’t afford to stage my home.
We will make recommendations that we feel will have a dramatic impact, but YOU ultimately set the budget.  We can make amazing changes with very little money.   Should major improvements be needed, we have access to funds at a modest interest rate which can be paid through escrow.  With the price of homes today, even a small percentage increase in sales price equates to a surprising cash benefit.   

When should we call you and how long will staging take?
When you have your first thoughts about placing your home on the market, please give us a call.  We can save you time and money by recommending those projects that will yield the greatest return.   With enough lead time, many of these projects can be done by the homeowners themselves.  The actual staging can take from half a day to two days depending on the square footage of the house and what work needs to be done. 

Can you help us get moved and set up our new home?
Of course!  We can provide you with boxes, packing material, and even help orchestrate the move.  We can get you organized and comfortable in your new home in short order so you’ll be ready to proudly show it off.  We’ll get you back to the business of living as soon as possible.
